Nicole C. Bikakis is the managing partner of Dolan Injury Lawyers, as well as Dolan Injury Lawyers’ partner firm, Dolan Divorce Lawyers. In that role, she oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and implements strategic firm initiatives. In addition to serving as managing partner, Attorney Bikakis represents clients in Family Law matters, with a focus on mediation, collaborative divorce, and prenuptial agreements. She has been selected to the New England Super Lawyers Rising Star list every year since 2016.

Attorney Bikakis is a member of the Connecticut Counsel for Non-Adversarial Divorce, where she is co-chair of the Professional Development Committee. She is also a member of Divorce Solutions of Connecticut, the Collaborative Divorce Team of Connecticut, Connecticut Collaborative Connections, and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.

Attorney Bikakis joined the firm in 2018. Prior to that, she represented clients in insurance coverage matters at a large Connecticut-based firm, and served as a clerk in the Civil Division of the Connecticut Superior Court.
